That all changes this week, as Bunkhouse opens its first full-service hotel restaurant, Summer House on Music Lane, at the new Hotel Magdalena, located at 1101 Music Lane, just steps away from bustling South Congress Avenue. Summer House features both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a full bar with a focus on sparkling wines. For now, the restaurant is not serving food to-go, but it will offer takeout at some point. Architects Lake | Flato handled the '70s-inspired design, taking cues from Barton Springs and Austin’s long musical tradition.
